Nusret Nishefci gained his expertise through a variety of educational institutions. The Peja High School of Art and the Academy of Fine Arts are two of these institutions. Fine Art in Prishtina where he graduated in the year 1979. The paintings of Nusret Nishefci appear well put together from a distance, but as one gets closer to them, one can see the nearly frantic paintbrush strokes that dominate each painting. He got many amazing awards from the Academy of Arts Prishtina, Salon Arts Kosova - Gallery Art Prishtina, and Caffe Galleri Blini – Podujeva.
