Artist Biography:

A passionate artist, art teacher and home maker also a Postgraduate in English Literature and a certified career counselor.

I have been dabbling with different art mediums and genres like Oil painting, watercolors, charcoal and pencil drawing. My specialty though is oil painting. The themes vary, though it is predominantly Eastern Orientals and landscape.

My paintings are often inspired by photographs taken by friends and family. I use high quality imported canvas for my artwork and the paint is always Windsor Newton. I treat the canvas finally with Windsor Newton picture varnish.

Amidst juggling a job as a lecturer in English and taking care of two very talented kids, my art had taken a backseat till the day I quit the job to become a full-time artist.

I also do Jewelry making, bottle art and candle designing. I have been a part of a few exhibitions held locally were mainly my Jewelries’ in Oxidized silver and beads had been displayed.
